Return Policy

At Sempertex US Betallic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at weborders@betallic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return does not meet the above conditions, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
